You can save money by sharing a room and/or carpooling to the event! Let other attendees know that you would like to share by posting a comment on this page. Be sure to include in the COMMENT section (not only the “Email” section) a way in which other attendees may contact you (email, FB, phone, etc). Otherwise other participants will not be able to reach you regarding sharing a ride/room. Your email address will be visible only to admins if you do not post it in the Comment box as well. Any ride/room arrangements must be made by you, with other participants, as the NCSC staff will not be making them. ALSO, alternatively, once you register for the conference you will be given access to a Google spreadsheet which you can also use to arrange rides from the airport and room-sharing with other registered participants. Once you’ve found a roommate and no longer need your post, please email us through the Contact Us page so we can remove it. (Unfortunately there is no way for you to remove it on your own.)
Folks, please don’t forget to include your e-mail address (or other means of contact) in the COMMENT section. Otherwise only the admins can see your e-mail address and other attendees will be unable to contact you to arrange room or ride share. Thanks!
Please also BE SURE TO READ ALL OF THE POSTS to see if people have posted and then found someone. And don’t just post your info, but take the initiative to contact those who have already posted!
See you at NCSC 2025!

Ladies and Gentlemen:
If you are considering flying:
Southwest Airlines has several flights to Denver International (DIA) from various destinations. Southwest is developing a hub there at one terminal. That said, Southwest is worth a look.
United is also hubbed at DIA. United might work from ORD, CLE, EWR, HOU, and IAD.
American might be a good choice from cities such as CLT, LAX, ORD, DFW, PHX, and PHL and Delta might be a good choice from ATL, MSP, DTW, or SLC.
When booking, I recommend watch the times, dates, and make sure there is enough time put into the scheduling for making connections at several airports (if you are not able to get a straight flight or you don’t mind making a connection in a different city).
I am posting this for informational purposes and I have used airport codes to assist with booking. I cited hub cities for American, Delta, and United since oftentimes if you live close to a hub it’s easier to find a direct flight (and sometimes save some money). I don’t work for an airline and these tips are friendly suggestions and not endorsements.
Hope this helps with flights and planning purposes.
