Matt Ingold Matt is the co-host of the Catholic Coaching Podcasts and co-founder of Metanoia Catholic, a Catholic apostolate dedicated to helping Catholics discover and live God’s plan for their lives. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Matt was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps. He led Marines in two overseas deployments to Afghanistan and southeast Asia and completed his time in the service as a combat leadership and ethics instructor in Quanitco, VA. A certified Catholic Coach, Gallup Strenghtsfinder Coach, and Spiritual Director through Divine Mercy University, Matt helps Catholic leaders discover their unique God-given design so that they can build thriving teams and co-author a life of great purpose and meaning with God.
