Registration fees:

Early Bird (through May 31st – extended through June 16th): $250

Standard (after May 31st June 16th): $295

Registration closes Sunday, July 21st (or when retreat fills up). But, please note that AFTER TUESDAY, JULY 16th, retreat room types and availability are not guaranteed.

Registration includes

• Entrance to all retreat sessions and Masses
• Four meals: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch
• AND plentiful opportunities throughout the weekend to meet new people!

During the registration process you will choose between three options for accommodations.

1. Most retreatants will opt to stay at the retreat house. The retreat house provides spacious accommodations with private baths. There are single (+$150) or 2 person (+$105) rooms. If you opt to share a room you will be assigned a roommate. If you and a friend would like to room together, please indicate with whom you would like to share during the registration process.  Both options cover lodging for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) and breakfasts for 2 mornings (Saturday and Sunday). We have a limited number of single rooms, so if that is your preference, be sure to register early.
2. For retreatants who’d prefer to stay offsite, please choose the “Commuter Only Option.” There are no added fees and accommodation and breakfasts will be on your own.
3. Lastly, there is also the option to extend your retreat and come a little early. There will an organized sightseeing trip/activity on Thursday evening and Friday morning/afternoon. To stay Thursday night at the retreat house it is $85 for the single room and $65 for the 2 person room. Both options include breakfast Friday morning.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing and sent by email through the Contact Us page by Monday, July 8th to be eligible for a refund. A full refund minus a $50 administrative fee and registration system service charges is available through June 14th. From June 14th through July 8th, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be given. After July 8th no refunds will be granted. Instead of cancelling you may also transfer your registration to another person with written consent of NCSC. Instructions for transferring a ticket are here. There is no fee for a transfer. All substitutions/transfers must be fully completed by July 15th.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the extremely unlikely event that the retreat is canceled for any reason except for “acts of God” (extreme weather, natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, etc.), all purchases will be refunded in full or transferred to another event. If circumstances defined under “acts of God,” outside the control of the NCSC, force the cancellation of the retreat, partial refunds will be given or put toward registration for the next event.
